This note is to communicate that if you registered online or turned in a paper form, we have your information!  (The paper forms are currently being cross-checked against those who registered online and then entered manually, as needed.  The urgent email sent last week went to ALL band members regardless of whether you had previously completed a paper form or used the online survey.)

 

There are some current and new band members who we have not heard from yet.  If you haven't communicated your trip plans in some way, please visit www.secondtimearounders.org and fill out the online survey.  We need to hear from every band member - current and new - who plans to be part of our amazing adventure to Macy's.  It will be the trip of a lifetime!

 

Available after Saturday, June 23, you can make secure online payments toward your trip using a major credit card, eChecks, bank transfers, or PayPal.  (A 3% processing fee charged by the financial institutions will be added to your total.)  And, of course, you can always mail in a check! 

 

In early July, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to access your own personal online Rounder account.  You can then begin to easily and securely confirm or edit any piece of survey data  previously submitted, and track your trip payments.
