It is very important that you pick up your instrument from Bringe Music Center on Monday evening from 5:00 to 9:00. The truck will be unloading the instruments onto the parking lot starting around 4:00 and then the truck will leave to be returned to Ryder. We also need help in moving the percussion instruments to the storage room at Bringe. Bringe staff will not be available to assist us, it is our responsibility to move this stuff. If for some reason you are not availabe to pick up your instrument on Monday night please arrange for someone else to pick it up for you or don't put it on the truck. Please don't leave your instrument at Bringe thinking someone will take care of you, they won't. Come Monday Dec. 1 9:00pm the trip is over and everything is put away.
