Email Subject Line: Attention Rounder Auxiliary and Color Guard Units!
Greetings!
You have received this email because you are one of over 200 people registered to march in one of our exciting auxiliary groups this coming season! To clarify, these groups include: rifles, flags, tall flags, majorettes, rounderettes dance team, banner and letter carriers, and honor guard. (A different email will be sent to the members of the National Flag Pageant who are also technically part of the auxiliary.)
In 2008, more people will see our band, live or on national TV, than in the first 25 years of our existence – combined! That’s an exciting thought but also a big challenge! To help us prepare for such a huge year, two Fall practices have been scheduled in the coming months for the Auxiliary Units ONLY -- Oct. 30th and Nov. 27th, 2007. Attendance is strongly encouraged for both new and returning members. These practices do NOT include the National Flag Pageant.
You can expect a relaxed, informative format so that both new and returning auxiliary members have a chance to meet, organize into groups, share information, and get some early practice under their belts. A head start now means we can hit the ground running when the official season kicks off in February!
During our ‘early-bird’ practices some folks may elect to move to a different auxiliary group, and that’s fine. There’s something for everyone and we’ll help you find the right match for your background!

If you already know you need to change groups, please go to the website now, access your band profile and change your group designation. (At this time we can’t add any additional people in the honor guard, letter or banner carriers.) Rifles and Majorettes, please bring your own equipment. All other equipment will be provided. All should wear practice clothes and soft-soled shoes.
