Wow, so many of you have already sent in your second Macy's Trip deposit,

thank you!

For all the rest of us, unless you have selected the performance package,

please make your second deposit payment as soon as possible.

You may make your payment online via credit card, PayPal, or eCheck,

please note there is an additional 3.3% fee for this option, or you may mail

your checks with no additional fee to:

For those of us that have misplaced or forgotten the Macy's Trip deposit 

schedule is:

June 12 - $100   (Should have already been made)

Sept 15 - $200   (Due Now - $300 if you haven't made your 1^st Deposit)

Dec 1 - $200

Mar 11, 2008 - $200

June 15, 2008 - $Final Payment (This will be $299 for most people)

Arounders Marching Band invite you to our 2007 Halloween Party

to benefit our trip to New York City for the 2008 Macy's Thanksgiving

Day Parade. Roast pig, sangria, beer, live steel drum music, dancing,

friends, and fun provided. If you want to play music of your own,

please bring your instrument for an "Open Mike" before/after the

Steel Drums. Halloween costumes optional, clothing not please.

Best/most original costume wins a prize! Bring extra $ for personalized

jack o'lanterns painted by local artist and 50/50 tickets.

SUGGESTED DONATION OF $15.00 REQUESTED, WITH  EVERY DOLLAR

RAISED TO GO DIRECTLY TO THE BAND.  Come and join us for the fun!

 Broadway Show Update

None of the Broadway theaters have opened up ticket sales

for Thanksgiving 2008 period. We expect them to anytime. As soon

as we receive notice of the ticket availability we will send out an

email detailing the exact prices. We will have 15 days after we

are notified to pay for the tickets. Please watch your email

frequently to insure you don't miss our notice and make the

required payment. If you haven't yet done so please review

your ticket selections on the website to insure they are correct.

ATTENTION!!!  GOLFERS!!!

For those of us that were planning on to tee-off with other Rounders

at the golf tournament on November 17^th, we have had to postpone

the tournament until a later date. Please stay in shape for the rescheduled

 event date.
